Hello Tony Dave Doyle here I have been trying to find fixer houses to fix and flip in the East San Gabriel Valley and Antelope Valley I have a crew of 3 or 4 motivated people who would help me do my 1st retail flips We are fearless hardworking guys used to 10 hour days 6 days a week We can do anything from complete copper repipes ,sewer replacement,painting inside and out ,to full blown masonry work of every description,concrete slabs and block walls In a word Tony Id like to follow your footsteps and find an REO agent that would like to work with me I havent had much success after many phone calls. Question; Is there a list of REO agents I might consult to help me with my inquiries? Can ypou reccomend a few agents in my areas that might help me get started with a few Meduim to heavy fixer deals? I have some cash ,I have private money and hard money lined up I have been working diligently for a long time,I am very sincere and Any help from your would be greatly appreciated I have the Calif Contractors Board C 36 Plumbers License and B General Contractor License I also carry the Calif DRE Agents license My Best Regards Dave Doyle Monrovia Calif cellular 626 524 4255

Long time no see! Glad to hear from you. Now don’t make me smack you!
What you need to do is put your butt in the seat of your car and drive out to the areas that you're interested in doing business in. You're going to have to forget the telephone and do it face to face.
YES - this is going to take an investment of your time. You’re going to have to be consistently persistent because 80-90% of the people that you meet will not amount to much, if anything at all. However, here's the way this is going roll out, every 10 agents you meet, you might find 1 that will become your lead dog. Once he or she understands & locks & loads on what it is you're looking for, that agent will be good for at least one deal a month. Three to 4 of those agents will be what I call mom & pop type agents, their age and level of experience doesn’t matter. They can either be brand new or 30 years in the business, but their value is that they talk to a lot of people; sellers & buyers alike. That’s just what they like to do - talk! And so because they communicate with a lot of people, they will trip across properties that can be molded into slamming deals, but they will not have a clue of what they have in their hand. This is why you need to, not only introduce yourself to a lot of agents personally, but then create a system of following up & staying in touch with those agents on a weekly basis.
Believe it or not, the question you’re asking me is actually very simple - "how do I get deals coming to my cell phone?" The answer to that question is also very simple, consistently & relentlessly ask a lot of people (agents) or whoever to call you with their deals.
One final thing, if I gave you a specific list of the top agents in my area with their contact information that would not guarantee that they would ever call you or respond to your calls. Do you know why? The reason they want to call Tony is because over time I have taught them to LOVE doing business with Tony! In essence, they have remained top agents to a certain extent because of the business we have done together. This takes effort, patience & unrelenting focused action! There is no guarantee that top agents that love to work with me would ever be interested in working with you unless of course they meet you and you do all of the things I’ve done, peppered with your own unique personality traits which they will hopefully find overwhelmingly irresistible. ;D
There are no shortcuts to success!
