Hi Tony, Just a quick note to say thank you and your team for the weekend trainning. The energy that you expend in getting your point across about attitude and relationships really hits home for me. Ive spent enough time focused on the minutia of real estate and not enough time on what you are talking about. I am some one who has taken action and is buying and selling REOs....but now I need to improve and make changes to adapt to the market and it is a bit like starting over. it is my insistence on chasing deals and not relationships that has me at this point.. I'm still a major work in progress (aren't we all!?) dont get me wrong, chasing deals has taught me many valuable things...but that much tail chasing is unnecessary!!! I want to encourage the people new to this business to really take heed in the beginning to what Tony says about relationships and attitude...even if it is not the most comfortable thing. This business is full of challenges and it is only the ability to take them in stride, adapt and smile that will get you through. AND ASK FOR HELP! Your manual is very comprehensive and helpful. Most anything you need to know about the REO/hold business is in there...and its laid out so well that if you were ever in a pinch that book could get you through most things....you and Sabrina have done an exceptional job. I want my Coke machine to spit out houses!! Most of all Uncle Tony, thanks for loving your REO nieces and nephews SO MUCH! With Love, Your friend, Peter

I attended the weekend event and had a very good time. I met some good people and learned a lot. I would recommend Tony to anyone.
